This afternoon I took some depressing before pictures. Here's to the fabulous after pictures I will be taking! The theory is to take those same pictures every month for some hopefully visual motivation. I took a full body shot front and profile dressed in jeans and a tshirt, and dressed only in underwear. Of course, the underwear ones will NOT ever be posted. Egads.
Don't worry, this journal is NOT going to devolve into a naval-gazing, food-obsessed sludge. It'll be just as sporadic and random as always!
