Woohoo! Down another 1.8 for a total loss of 17.2 pounds – yay me! Currently losing at a rate of 1.4 pounds per week.
Wish there was a way to safely lose, oh, 25 pounds in a week. That'd be cooooool. LOL

Have you looked at ? It’s pretty slow, but it could perk up if more folks joing, I think.

I love swimming, but that doesn’t seem to likely in the near future. My dog needs me to walk him, so I guess that’s it!
