Weekly weigh-in: 272.4, for a weekly loss of one pound. Down 19.4 total, losing at a rate of 1.34 lb/week.

Need to eat breakfast, dammit.
Need more veggies and fruit.

Sigh.

  1. Great work on the loss! I so didnt lose anything this week. I drank and ate the weekend away, partying with my friends. One weekend won’t kill me right? LOL. Congrats!!!
