Yum…

The smell of baking bread… yum.

The top kinda collapsed. Still tastes great!

    1. Make sure you measure *exactly* (spoon flour into measuring cup, tap the side, level off with the back of a knife. Measure liquids at eye level on a counter).
      Use bread flour
      And one of the key things we found – don’t bother with mixes. Do it from scratch.
      Don’t use express.
