Loss this week: 4.0 lbs
Total loss: 33.0 lbs

Flex points left: 9
Yay! Gain last week gone and then some. I need to eat all the points I'm supposed to, and a good chunk of the flex points as well. You'd think that would be easy – LOL.
Water. Water. Water. (…everywhere, and all the boards did shrink…)
Exercise.
By the way – I'm going out to eat tomorrow for my birthday dinner and I'm not going to count points. That is, I will count them, write them down, and then laugh at the insanely high number. Benihana's and then dessert at Cheesecake Factory! Bwahahahahaha!
Which reminds me. Yesterday was an interesting day. I decided that I wanted to eat at McDonalds, specifically, I wanted fries, chicken mcnuggets, and a hamburger. Yeah, I know, ick. And usually I think ick too, but yesterday I wanted it, wanted it now, and god help the person who gets in my way. I even got in the car and drove towards the strip mall that houses the infernal place. While I was driving, I told myself that I ddin't need it, didn't really want it, and should you really be doing that the day before weigh in?? I further pointed out to myself that if it was that important, I could get it tomorrow. After weigh in. And look, there's a Subway shop – won't that be good?
So I went to Subway. And I didn't need McGrease today, either.
yay!
you made some great choices, used a lot of will power and the results show
congrats :D
:) Thanks!
Good for you! Congrats!
Thank you!! :)
[That was a cute picture, btw. So there. :) ]
Congrats!
That is terrific! Is there a particular plan that you are following? I have lost 5 lbs, but I have not lost anything since Thanksgiving.
Re: Congrats!
WeightWatchers. It’s a sensible plan, ie, no magic lose 3 sizes in 6 weeks. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week (dammit, anyway) and that’s what they emphasise.
Counting Points™ is much easier than counting calories, carbs, fat grams, blah, blah, blah – and it works.
There is absolutely nothing I cannot have (including the cheesecake I’m having tomorrow night) as long as I count the points.
I still want a magic pill though. <grin>
Re: Congrats!
I think we all want a magic pill – I know I do! :-)
I will look into WeightWatchers. I just cannot deal with Atkins and having no carbs. Anytime one denies something, the sad part, is that one begins to crave that.
Thanks for the info!
Yummy!!! Subway!! :D
Subway tastes way better anyhow. I mean, McDonalds is really “blah”.
Now I want a sandwich :D
Man.. 33 pounds. Holy moly Jen. You’re doing awesome!!! Inspiration, too. I will pick up a martial arts vid tomorrow, and get started!!! :D
AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Now there’s a scary thought… LOL
See? We all told you this would happen!
You go, girl!
<grin>
OK – now lets not do that whole reversal thing again, mmkay? ;)
See? We told you that little 2-lb gain was just temporary!
Enjoy your birthday dinner!
