Today has been a do-nothing day. Neither one of us has even bothered to get dressed yet – and we're perfectly happy with that. Thunderstorms last night, so the dog is a leech. Rainy and yucky today, so vegetating is a Good Thing ™.
Car's totaled. Settlement for that is ok, when we ever see it. I apparently have a title issue, which I don't really know how to solve yet. I never got a title when I bought the car, now it's paid off and the form I thought I needed the lady at the tax office said no, you have to get the lien holder (who no longer holds the lien) to apply for the title. Oy. So anyway, whenever we manage to get the title, I guess we'll get the money for the car. No big, really, because we can't really buy another car right now. That money is needed as padding we don't have right now. I hope the rest shakes out ok.
We rented some movies and a PS2 game on Friday with a blockbuster gift card we'd forgotten about so this weekend we're being complete couch potatoes.
Dinner tonight is garlic and herb marinated pork loin, corn on the cob, and real mashed potatoes.
This weeks mood has been depressed and disgruntled. I haven't really been able to concentrate on anything for very long, hence the disjointedness of this entry. :-/
Oh yah. WW update: 4/20 – up one pound; 4/27 – down 1.2. Meh. Of course, considering that 4/23 was carnivore heaven at Texas de Brazil, and the rest of the weekend's meals were Cracker Barrel… I'm not complaining. LOL
I’m glad you got to see the Derby (muddy though it was)! The only year I ever went to the Derby, it rained cats and dogs as well as horses.

I can understand the disgruntlement thing for sure. Just a hell of a shock, and yuckiness.
But the hanging around all weekend with the hubby playing games.. I love it too :D It helps get through. With us it’s Galaxies. With you it’s awesome PS2 stuff :D
