So, I've been on LiveJournal for a year today, and this is my 221st entry.<\/p>\n

I don't remember exactly how I found LJ. I stumbled into it from someone's web page, I'm sure, but I can't for the life of me remember who or why.<\/p>\n

I started reading some people, and meandering around the web of people that LJ is.<\/p>\n

Then I joined, and I'm still here.<\/p>\n

I've never been a “journaler”. I've wanted to be one of those people who put their thoughts and feelings on paper on a regular basis, but all I ever managed was less than a dozen, whining entries – usually spaced out by weeks or months.<\/p>\n

But I'm not that person any more – I *like* me now. Sure, there's things that I'd change – but I don't beat myself up for them. Well, I do, but not *all* the time. I'm more confident, and I know who and what I am.<\/p>\n

Now I'm a LiveJournal'er, and I like it here. I don't always post my soul here, but I hope that it slips in here in bits and pieces. I'm more likely to post from the heart in a comment in your<\/i><\/a> journals!<\/p>\n
