In the <lj user=\"cooking\"> community I saw someone else&apos;s experiment and modified it a smidge.  It turned out pretty good!<\/p>\n<p>I took an 8 oz or so lean pork loin (we get &apos;em in bulk at costco, I (heart) my vacuum sealer) and sliced it in half, then cut it in strips.  Heated a tablespoon or so of olive oil, then started browning the pork.  Dumped in some minced garlic, chopped onions, and about a teaspoon of rosemary.  Cooked that for a while until the pork was pretty much done.  Then I mixed some cornstarch in a half cup of marsala and stirred that in.  It was too thick, so I added some water.  I cooked that down for a bit, then served it over sticky rice, with green beans.  It was good!  <lj user=\"sqlrob\"> said it needed something, but couldn&apos;t tell me what.  In retrospect, I should&apos;ve used probably half the rosemary and used more garlic and onions.
