Much better than the past few weeks.  I was not feeling very positive about the whole weigh-in thing this week; in fact, I was <i>this<\/i> &gt;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&lt; close to using my get out of <strike>jail<\/strike> weigh in free card.  But, I didn&apos;t &#8211; and it turned out I lost.  Yay!<\/p>\n<p>This week I will focus on the same things I always need to focus on:  breakfast, water, veggies, recording faithfully.  Obviously, I must be doing <i>something<\/i> right, but I feel as if I&apos;m not doing it right at all.<\/p>\n<p>But, I&apos;m in this for the long freakin&apos; haul, dammit, so that&apos;s that.<\/p>\n<p>Sleep now.
