It won&apos;t hold a charge to save it&apos;s life.  Never has, really, but it is worse than ever now.  I&apos;ve swapped batteries with <lj user=\"sqlrob\"> to no avail.  The call quality sucks pretty much as well, but I&apos;ve always just ignored it.  I hate talking on the phone anyway, so what does it really matter?  Now I&apos;ve managed to break the little plastic thingy (that&apos;s a technical term, btw) that holds the battery on, so now I&apos;ve had to tape the damn thing together.<\/p>\n<p>My phone plan has a replacement thing that I pay for each month.  I can&apos;t just take the phone to the local store; no, I must call an 800 number to get them to send me packing materials and send my phone in before it can be replaced.  So I finally decided to call the number today.  I have to pay $35 to get this phone replaced.  I&apos;ve been paying $4 a month for four friggin&apos; <i>years<\/i> and I have to pay to get it replaced???  I am so pissed off about that.
