That&apos;s <i>awesome<\/i> because it means I walked 2 miles on Thursday!  Perhaps I&apos;ll try it again this week, but only if it&apos;s not horribly hot\/humid.<\/p>\n<p>This week I&apos;ve managed to eat breakfast and also go on 15-30 minute walks more often than not.  Jake is certainly happy about the latter.<\/p>\n<p>In other news, I picked up a 4 cd-pack of &#8220;Kings of Swing&#8221; &#8211; Benny Goodman, Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Tommy Dorsey, Louis Armstrong, Glen Miller and more!
