So like, I&apos;ve been &#8220;playing&#8221; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/ASIN\/B00061NL7W\/robandjenspla-20\/\">Yourself!Fitness<\/a> for two weeks now &#8211; which is 10 workouts.  I love this thing!  Maya is great &#8211; she looks and moves pretty good which makes it fairly easy to follow along even for a klutz like me.  Her voice is really nice too &#8211; soothing and encouraging, not shrill and grating like the Texas women at my WW meetings.<\/p>\n<p>Every so often during the workout she asks how you&apos;re doing, and you tell her that you can&apos;t keep up, are working hard, or no sweat.  She then adjusts the pace and difficulty.  She&apos;ll incorporate exercise equipment, like hand weights, a step, etc.  I confess, we just went out and bought a set of hand weights.  I may even get a step in a month or two.<\/p>\n<p>Then, every 10 workouts she puts you through the original physical challenge.  I&apos;m pleased to say that my heart rate on jumping jacks was a bit better, and I did more pushups (ok, they&apos;re the girly ones), squats, and crunches than I did just two weeks ago.   The really interesting part is I&apos;m still motivated to do it &#8211; usually I&apos;ve quit by now.<\/p>\n<p>If you&apos;re a couch potato, and\/or the word &#8220;exercise&#8221; gives you hives &#8211; this is the workout for you.<\/p>\n<p>Oh yeah &#8211; I lost 2.4 pounds this week.
