I look back to the last time I attempted WW when I was with the ex-bf and I&apos;m blown away by the contrast.<\/p>\n<p>2. who is your saboteur?<\/p>\n<p>No external saboteurs right now, but I like carbs and dislike veggies a <i>little<\/i> too much.  I&apos;m working on that.<\/p>\n<p>3. what food do you think everyone should know about? (on that has helped you out, or a great lowfat food that we should all be aware of..)<\/p>\n<p>What helps me take this as a new way of life rather than a &lt;shudder&gt; diet &lt;\/shudder&gt; are yummy &#8220;better than you used to choose&#8221; things.  Angel food cake cut into 1 point chunks.  A tablespoon of Cool Whip.  Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches (2 pts).  Molly McButter, garlic flavour.  Van&apos;s veggie egg rolls &#8211; 2 points and they taste sooooo good.<\/p>\n<p>3. what is your biggest food weakness?<\/p>\n<p>Um, food?  Carbs, especially rice &#038; potatoes.  Ice cream.  Fried stuff.<\/p>\n<p>4. what are your trigger situations, and how do you deal with them?<\/p>\n<p>Being on the rag, apparently &#8211; sheesh.  When I feel depressed.  I try not to let it derail me any further &#8211; accept it and move on.  I used to let it completely sabatoge me, but now I&apos;ve been much better about minimizing damage and going forward.  I&apos;ve found that there are &#8220;bad&#8221; things that I can have a little bit of and be fine, but there are others that I cannot be trusted with, so I avoid them completely.<\/p>\n<p>5. what are the rewards you give yourself for big goals acheived?<br \/>\nI&apos;ve always used food as a reward, which is a good part of why I&apos;m here to begin with!  Clothes I think will be a big one, and perhaps a weekend away sometime.  Toys for smaller goals &#8211; dvd&apos;s, gadgets, books.  :)<\/p>\n<p>6. what is your favourite way to exercise?<br \/>\nExcercise?  ?Que?  Walking&apos;s about it right now.  I love to swim, but I need to find a place where I can.  Maybe soon I&apos;ll get my bike fixed.<\/p>\n<p>7. who is your role model for a healthy beautiful body?<\/p>\n<p>Haven&apos;t the slightest, really.  I don&apos;t want to be skinny.  I wouldn&apos;t mind looking like my mom did when she was young.  WW says I shouldn&apos;t weigh more than 135 &#8211; but I don&apos;t know if that&apos;s <i>too<\/i> skinny.
