It was a loss of .8, for which I was grateful, considering.<\/p>\n<p>Today&apos;s weigh-in was quite satisfactory though &#8211; I lost 3 pounds!!  Stats are on my info page.<\/p>\n<p>Looking over my food log, here&apos;s what I think I did differently:<\/p>\n<p>I&apos;ve been (prior to last week) consistently eating 5-7 points <i>under<\/i> my points target.  This week, for 5 out of 7 days I ate 2-3 points <i>over<\/i> my points target.  Also, 5 out of 7 days, I had <i>something<\/i> for breakfast, even if it was just yogurt.  Hmm.  Perhaps that means something.<\/p>\n<p>I&apos;m still working on water.
