Oh wow.

1 – My laptop is on my lap. My butt is on my couch. Downstairs. No cables. Wireless, baby!!! I'm so excited about that I can't stand it. :)

2 – I finished God of War!! Wow, but that was a fantastic game. I'd say it definitely earned its “M” rating. I finished it in 11 hours and 3 minutes. I had to do the final boss battle twice though – the playstation crashed on me twice. It crashed during the 3rd phase of the battle (games have a tendency to do boss battles in 3 phases) but I was able to break out of it by restarting to the last checkpoint which thankfully was after the 2nd phase. Unfortunately, it then crashed again, hard. I had to reset it, and start from the last save, which was just before the beginning of the last battle. was a bit disappointed with the game, but I'm still in love with it. I might even try it again on a harder level, although, as always, I reserve the right to quit at the drop of a hat. :)

3 – OhEmGee, but I wish I'dve had my camera with me today. While driving home from dinner I saw a vehicle with the following message written on the back window: “We are all slaves to oil”. It was an SUV. I about died laughing.

4 – I just IM'd . I'm downstairs. He's upstairs. I'll be giggling madly about this for a while.

5 – Now I'm going to post this. From my living room!

  1. Nothing like going wireless!
I have a wireless router at my apartment and it rocks. If I do not feel up to messing with sitting at the computer, I will take my laptop into my bedroom or sit on the sofa to do my work. Talk about relaxing.
I have not played any games for awhile. I need to do that, but since “moving day” is coming up, I plan on packing up the PS2 and stuff. Once I get into the new apartment, I am going to work on playing more games on my PS2 and computer. I quit playing the games on my computer when I got the virus.
Right now, I am deciding if I should build a Linux system. I have one, but it is a 166 MHz box that my father gave to me. I want to build a PC just for games and leave the other one for email, work, and financial stuff. That would be cool.

A gaming PC just isn’t worth the hassle. It’s cheaper to buy EVERY console than it is to keep a gaming capable computer. Plus, with all the copy protection crap, it’s just not worth it. Nothing beats kicking back on the couch with a wireless controller playing games on the big screen on the console.
