Thought I'd dust off the LJ posting client for a moment to say that Batman Begins is a seriously fucking awesome movie. And Episode III sucked, but in an ooh shiny kinda way.

I agree with you that the rebooting of Batman this year was most excellent. And while I liked Episode III, it didn’t fire my imagination the way Episode IV did.
Okay, George, now what about doing that THIRD trilogy, huh?
No. No, no no. I think I can wait ’til he’s dead for that.
(From what I heard, Lucas won’t make them, and no one can until he dies. Works for me.)
Considering my level of discontent with I & II, maybe that’s not so bad. I’ll probably out live Lucas.
