Ive been watching this unfold and getting more and more queasy as it happens. I mean it’s her comic– she can turn it in whatever direction she likes. But has posited that Aeire is going to kill off Shannon, and Kestrel will remain where she is rather than going to Boston just so she can take care of the baby with Felix (whose haircutting incident has me so disappointed.)
I may just stop reading the thing. The glurge factor is becoming distressing. It’s too bad, too. I introduced a lot of people to that comic.

Huh – I thought she was more sad that she was losing her friends, so to speak. Interesting how we had different interpretations.
Yeah, I can see that too. But to me, combined with other things I can’t even put my finger on, it just looks a little too wantbaby-ish.
