Absolutely! I see it as:
If you vote, there is some chance your vote won’t get counted, but some chance it will.
If you don’t vote, there is ZERO chance you’ll be counted.
Nonzero > zero, however small.
Of course, there’s the chance that it’ll be counted for opposite of what you said – so don’t vote!! ;)
