OK, so I never got around to posting last week's stats. It was a loss of .8, for which I was grateful, considering.
Today's weigh-in was quite satisfactory though – I lost 3 pounds!! Stats are on my info page.
Looking over my food log, here's what I think I did differently:
I've been (prior to last week) consistently eating 5-7 points under my points target. This week, for 5 out of 7 days I ate 2-3 points over my points target. Also, 5 out of 7 days, I had something for breakfast, even if it was just yogurt. Hmm. Perhaps that means something.
I'm still working on water. I can get 4 glasses no problem; I'm trying to do at least 6.
This week I'm going to try to spend more time on the weight loss groups – I think it helps. :)
