    For the third time, since April 2004, our car got hit. This time, it was very minor, so while I'm annoyed, I'm also grateful. We were in a “go straight or turn left” lane and she was in a “you have to turn left” lane. We turned left and stayed in our lane; she did not.     I (heart) my shredder, but I think I'm going to go buy a crosscut shredder soon. I get a heck of a lot of credit card applications in the mail. A bunch for Visa, quite a few from Mastercard and tons of them from American Express. I almost always tear them in half and throw them away. Sometimes, if I am feeling particularly paranoid, I'll tear them into little bitty pieces. Is that good enough?
