Well, I lost another pound this week. Yay! I'd be happier if it wasn't the same pound (or five) that I've been losing and gaining for the last three months, but eh. For some reason though, I feel more on track than I was. Maybe because I'm making an effort to walk the dog and husband almost every night. So we clocked the distance from the house to Blockbuster/HEB/Subway tonight – it's about 1.2 miles one way. That's awesome because it means I walked 2 miles on Thursday! Perhaps I'll try it again this week, but only if it's not horribly hot/humid. This week I've managed to eat breakfast and also go on 15-30 minute walks more often than not. Jake is certainly happy about the latter. In other news, I picked up a 4 cd-pack of “Kings of Swing” – Benny Goodman, Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Tommy Dorsey, Louis Armstrong, Glen Miller and more!
