1. who is your biggest supporter?

My husband – he's been so fantastic. I look back to the last time I attempted WW when I was with the ex-bf and I'm blown away by the contrast.

2. who is your saboteur?

No external saboteurs right now, but I like carbs and dislike veggies a little too much. I'm working on that.

3. what food do you think everyone should know about? (on that has helped you out, or a great lowfat food that we should all be aware of..)

What helps me take this as a new way of life rather than a <shudder> diet </shudder> are yummy “better than you used to choose” things. Angel food cake cut into 1 point chunks. A tablespoon of Cool Whip. Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches (2 pts). Molly McButter, garlic flavour. Van's veggie egg rolls – 2 points and they taste sooooo good.

3. what is your biggest food weakness?

Um, food? Carbs, especially rice & potatoes. Ice cream. Fried stuff.

4. what are your trigger situations, and how do you deal with them?

Being on the rag, apparently – sheesh. When I feel depressed. I try not to let it derail me any further – accept it and move on. I used to let it completely sabatoge me, but now I've been much better about minimizing damage and going forward. I've found that there are “bad” things that I can have a little bit of and be fine, but there are others that I cannot be trusted with, so I avoid them completely.

5. what are the rewards you give yourself for big goals acheived?
I've always used food as a reward, which is a good part of why I'm here to begin with! Clothes I think will be a big one, and perhaps a weekend away sometime. Toys for smaller goals – dvd's, gadgets, books. :)

6. what is your favourite way to exercise?
Excercise? ?Que? Walking's about it right now. I love to swim, but I need to find a place where I can. Maybe soon I'll get my bike fixed.

7. who is your role model for a healthy beautiful body?

Haven't the slightest, really. I don't want to be skinny. I wouldn't mind looking like my mom did when she was young. WW says I shouldn't weigh more than 135 – but I don't know if that's too skinny. We'll see how I feel and look when I get there I guess.
