thank you! i have been really bad about reading my friends list lately with all the hoopla in my family, but i plan to start reading again soon. i need some motivation with the weight loss. i’ve lost 30 pounds since february, and if i take off some more the dr. will take me off blood thinners (long story; i had clots in my lungs, have a clotting disorder, being overweight makes the disorder worse).
