I wouldn't recommend freezing it. I didn't freeze it on purpose mind you. It was in the back of the fridge, on top of another container. Guess it was too close to the freezer or something. Anyway, it did not thaw out well – it's all runny, and lumpy, and eew. Tastes ok, but the texture is yuck. Sigh.

For the third time, since April 2004, our car got hit. This time, it was very minor, so while I'm annoyed, I'm also grateful. We were in a “go straight or turn left” lane and she was in a “you have to turn left” lane. We turned left and stayed in our lane; she did not.
