Weigh in today was 283, which is down 1 pound for the week, and 8.8 pounds total. So far I've lost at a rate of about 1.6 lbs per week. I'd like to lose faster, but I'm just delighted that I'm losing at all. Especially considering the somewhat halfassed way I've been doing this. Portion sizes: I'm doing pretty well on this part.
