Huh. Whaddaya know?
I’m not exactly sure how it happened, but… ENGL-1301 Composition I A HIST-1301 U S History I A SPAN-1511 Spanish I A o_O Well okay then. Hopefully next term I won’t be running with the edge of panic I had throughout this term. And now I really don’t know what to do about Spanish – I really don’t feel I’ve got a grasp of it at all!

LJ 2008 community Six Apart is selling its LiveJournal blogging platform to Russian media company SUP Blogging pioneer Six Apart is breaking apart from LiveJournal, another trailblazer that helped bring online journals to the masses. The nearly three-year marriage is dissolving with Six Apart’s sale of LiveJournal to Russia-based SUP a deal expected to be announced Monday. The financial terms aren’t being disclosed. Huh. Interesting.

Wow, so I haven’t been posting lately. I’ve posted maybe a hundred times in my head – but my brain/intarweb interface isn’t working properly. School! I’ve been going to school! I’m trying to wrap my head around this whole “homework” thing – it’s been about an eon since I’ve “studied”. This semester (which is almost over) I’m taking English Composition I, US History I, and Spanish I. Next term, it’s all the same stuff, only “II”. The first part of August was pretty sucky for us. Mai-lyn had been having a few days where she was not at all happy – not eating, not grooming, not, well, moving really. She got through that and seemed to be feeling a lot better, but the tumors on her belly were getting still bigger, and beginning to ulcerate. She wasn’t going to get better. It was only a matter of time, probably only months, before the cancer in her lungs killed her, and before that she’d have more and more bad days. I just didn’t want her to suffer.…
