Weigh-in today was 267 – down 1.6 from last week, and a lousy .2 pounds away from the 25 pound loss mark. :P Ah well, guess that'll be next week! Currently losing at a rate of 1.4 lbs per week. I like that rate. It will suffice. :) Oh yeah – also got two good walks in this past weekend, with no pain. So I think my nefarious plan of not trying to do any real exercise until my first 10% is gone was a good one. No pain is a Good Thing ™. (I'm not talking about good muscle…
