Book 6 – Jennifer Government – Max Barry (finished 02/02/2004)
Oh, this was a good one. Picture a world where corporations have taken over everything, the police are for hire, and government has to raise funds to chase criminals. My Australian friends probably won't be happy to hear about the “Australian Territories of the USA”. Fun, funny dystopia – I highly recommend this book. Oooh – and tonight I'm getting it autographed – Max Barry is going to be at a local Barnes & Noble.
Book 7 – The Great Hunt (The Wheel of Time, Book 2) – Robert Jordan (finished 02/06/2004) and
Book 8 – The Dragon Reborn (The Wheel of Time, Book 3) – Robert Jordan (finished 02/08/2004)
Wheel of Time – ya love it or hate it. I re-read it probably once a year – or when the latest book comes out. Not sure when book 11 is due.
Book 9 – A Walk to Remember – Nicholas Sparks (finished 02/09/2004) (
I picked this book up at the library yesterday. I finished it last night. :)
I didn't think I was going to like it during the first couple of chapters, but by the end I was sobbing like a little girl. Not a bad read, a little predictable – I knew what the ending was going to be a little less than 2/3rds in. But, it was done well enough to touch me; either that or I'm easy. :)

I told you that book was funny. I loved it. Considering re-reading it.
Yah, you were right. :)
Rob bought it for me for my birthday – it was an impulse buy. It caught his eye because of the name, then he thought it looked like something I’d like. He was right.
Can’t wait ’till the book signing tonight!
