Weigh-in today was 280.6, down another 1.2 pounds for a total of 11.2 pound loss since I started. I can live with that. I feel better: I haven't been eating nearly as much crap, nor have I been eating too large portion sizes. I've also been taking a vitamin every day which is extremely unusual for me. I'm taking the weight loss on faith right now – I can't wait until I can actually tell that something is happening! Minor grouch: I wish that there was a 50+ WW group near me. I really want to like the ebook concept. I really want to use them. But right now, they are not yet viable in my opinion. First off, I have a Palm IIIe. I love this pda, but reading books on it isn't easy yet. I do only when I forget to or can't carry a book. I have Microsoft Reader, but reading books sitting at my desk on the computer isn't the way I like to read. I can only read for so long on the computer.
