So I wonder when I'll get tired of keeping track of the days. It's not like this way of eating is going to be temporary. LOL
OK – Weigh in time:
Last week: 265.6 lbs
This week: 263.0 lbs
Loss this week: 2.6 lbs
Total loss: 28.8 lbs
Loss rate: 1.35 lbs/week
To do this week: Journal more consistantly. Drink. The. Damn. Water. And it wouldn't kill me to eat a vegetable or two. I think.
If it is at all similar to using a quit counter when quitting smoking, you’ll get tired of tracking when looking at your milestones no longer serves a motivational purpose. And when that happens, you’ll know, because it won’t be interesting anymore.
Well, I suppose. That’s how it worked for me, at least.

i have decided to lose 15 pounds by may. that’s less than a pound of week, but i don’t have to tell you how hard it is
