Well, pooh. I still had flex points left, but the way I was using them wasn't optimal for me. Plus, I didn't drink nearly enough water, nor did I eat breakfast. :-/
I did manage to go for a short walk today. Now let's see if I can keep that up, and increase it, shall we?

Seriously, try not to stress about two pounds. I’ll bet by next week that’ll be gone and then some.
Your 2 lb gain will probably be gone by next week and you never know … there might be some extra weight gone with it. You’d be surprised. You have been doing great so far. Don’t let this get you down. :)
