Yay!

Finally got a list of OB/GYN's that have been Essure trained. Now to figure out how much (if any) insurance will cover and to get past my “I hate doctors” issue.

I'm tired of being the only one in the house who isn't fixed.

    Good luck!
FWIW, I ended up paying about $600 out of pocket all up for mine – most of which was the consultation fees for the gyn before and after.

  2. Hm. I still want to go traditional. Essure makes me paranoid that it may have a higher chance of going wrong, or a higher failure rate. This is just my natural paranoia kicking in. Since it’s cheaper, I really may look into it.
Better hurry before Shrub makes it even harder to get. ;)

    1. It’s not much of a data set, but it make help to hear form someone who has had it.
I had it done two years ago. No problems, no regrets. Best thing I ever did.
